Avenged Sevenfold Tour Dates

Avenged Sevenfold will hit the road in April for the "Shepherd of Fire Tour," named after the chart-topping single from their latest album Hail To The King. Hair Metal Memories: Stage Dolls

Narrowing down the hundreds of metal albums released every year into a list of the 10 best is difficult enough, but coming up with the best albums released in an entire decade is nearly impossible.  The '80s were a great decade for metal, with many of the all-time classics released during that time frame.  With 4 out of the top 10 albums, Metallica dominated the decade, but many other fantastic metal albums made our list.  These are the top 20 metal albums of the '80s.

Mastodon Tour Dates

Mastodon will be embarking on a tour with Gojira and Kvelertak. The trek kicks off April 28 in Seattle. Tickets are on sale now.

Guitarist Bill Kelliher says: "Mastodon touring with Kvelertak and Gojira! Man, this is one tour dream come true! First of all Kvelertak and Gojira are two of my favorite bands at the moment, both putting out slamming records last year. We toured with them on off shows from the Soundwaves festivals in Australia and I remember thinking what a great package/lineup this would be to bring to the states, and now it's happening. GAME ON!!"
