Portal - Vexovoid Review
Normally, if an album was described as "barely registers as being crafted by actual human beings at all; at best you could say it was psychotic, devoid of any sense of sympathy or consideration," you would think the reviewer hates it. Not so with Vexovoid, the terrifying new release from Portal. That's actually high praise for the Australian death metal band and their fourth full-length. It's an uncomfortable, disturbing and chaotic effort that will leave you with a visceral reaction and stick in your psyche for days. And for those who like and appreciate death metal, that's a good thing.
