Life of Agony "River Runs Red" added to ChroniX Aggression

Life of Agony was formed in the summer of 1989 by singer Keith Caputo, bassist Alan Robert, and guitarist Joey Z. They enlisted Type-O Negative drummer Sal Abruscato before recording the debut album River Runs Red (1993) after they signed to Roadrunner Records.

Indeed it is true...Keith Caputo is now known as Mina and Life of Agony as we know it is gone forever. But this is still one of the greatest early nu-metal albums of all time and it was an important piece of helping me get through that hell they call high school.
